Due to Covid-19, there are no returns or exchanges at this time, all sales are final.
To avoid people wearing and returning items, we do not accept returns at all.
Any exchanges will be for SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY. You may NOT exchange it for a different item. All items sent back for exchange must be BRAND NEW as you received it- unworn and in resalable condition with no noticeable odors or it will be sent back to you.
If your item is returned to EHC by the courier service, you are responsible for the shipping cost so if you decide you no longer want the item(s), all shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
If there is an issue with the quality of your item, you will need to notify us via email at email@example.com within 2 days of delivery. Past 2 days in your possession, the product is considered acceptable and ineligible for an exchange or refund. Also, all items deemed unacceptable will need to be sent back to Evil Hearts Club within 5 business days of the initial communication about the issue AND in NEW condition in order to receive a full refund.
If you did NOT receive your package (tracking must show not delivered or no tracking number for your order), you may cancel and receive a refund before it is sent out within a 180 days of purchase.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Processing typically takes 2-4 business days to prepare for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on inventory on hand or our card verification procedures.
Le Wuz Studios items are made-to-order so it can take around 2-4 weeks to be prepared. Due to high demand, available materials and limited manpower, you may experience longer wait times.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL and may take 7-10 days to arrive.
Please note that the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time. This includes those who select 3-5 day shipping. The timeframe refers to the shipping method used when your package is sent out.
Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control.
